The hostel boat “EASTERN COMFORT”, moored between two very lively districts in the centre of town, looks forward to welcome you onboard with its modern, luxurious atmosphere it’s unique in Berlin! Through the portholes of our 2nd class four-bed, triple-bed, single-bed, but mainly double bed cabins, you can see and hear the rippling of the river 'Spree', the main river leading through Berlin. All cabins have their own toilet/shower.
For the ones of you, who like it very comfortable, we offer 1st class single- and double cabins.

At the reception area in the bow and at the stern of the ship you'll find community areas with TV, internet access, telefon and smoking possibilities (on deck only). Inside the boat is nonsmoking in all areas.
Needless to say, you are always welcome in our upper deck lounge and café to chill out with a sunset, or a typical german or seaman-like little meal.
For the colder period of the year, the boat is equipped with central heating system in every cabin.
Children under 6 years of age, non swimmers, pets (cat on board!) are for security reasons not allowed.

Our new boat “WESTERN COMFORT” is moored just opposite at the western bank of the river “Spree” (epprox. 160 m walkingdistance from “eastern comfort”). It offers 18 x 2nd class cabins with large windows. Showers and toiletts are central located outside the cabins on the upper deck. All services like reception checkin/out, breakfast, lounge etc. only on eastern comfort.

You can chill out with a german beer, a drink or a little snack, after a long days walk through town in our lounge or on the spacious top sundeck. We offer German Food!
